It all began in 1986, 40 years ago, when a group of young entrepreneurs eager to change things decided to launch the Autoocupació Foundation. They did so with a very clear idea: to help other people move their projects forward and build the professional future they desired.

Since then, many stories, many paths, and many important decisions have unfolded. Throughout these years, the Foundation has learned, evolved, and created its own ways of accompanying people, whether they want to become entrepreneurs, grow professionally, or reinvent themselves. Today, the Autoocupació Foundation is a solid and accessible entity that accompanies people at very different stages of their lives, but always with the same commitment: helping them be what they want to be.
