€16,576: New Grant to Promote Youth Self-Employment

The Government of Catalonia has published a new call for grants to promote self-employment among young people. This aid offers up to €16,576 for those who start their activity as self-employed individuals.

Who can be a beneficiary?

The grants are aimed at young people registered in the Youth Guarantee program, in a “beneficiary registered” status, who have started their economic or professional activity as self-employed individuals between July 12, 2024, and the maximum deadline for submitting applications.


How much can be received?

The maximum amount of aid is €16,576 for young people who remain registered in the RETA (Special Regime for Self-Employed Workers) for 18 months.


What are the requirements?

  • Remain registered in the RETA for the established period.

  • Complete a training or support action linked to self-employment.

  • Comply with the conditions set out in the call for applications.


Application deadline

Applications can be submitted:
From September 8, 2024, at 9:00 AM until September 25, 2024, at 2:00 PM.
