Bizbarcelona and the Employment Fair will be held on
November 9 and 10 together at Fira de Barcelona, with a focus on helping people develop new business, professional, and job opportunities. The two events, which this year are intensifying their synergies with over a hundred activities, guidance services, training workshops, conferences, and talks, return together with the goal of boosting talent and revitalizing local economies.
This year’s program features more than
120 conferences and activities. Compared to previous editions, the number of workshops has increased: more than 40 will be offered on topics such as
open innovation, digitalization, leadership, communication, and marketing.
Advisory services will also take center stage with a large area featuring experts where visitors can receive advice and resolve doubts about business creation and management, financing, business reactivation, internationalization, among many other topics related to entrepreneurship or SMEs, as well as specific career and professional guidance for anyone considering new employment opportunities. Additionally, promoting entities and the Bizcommunity will also provide personalized attention at their stands.
Autoocupació activities
Once again, Autoocupació will actively participate in Biz and the Fair with its own
stand, providing information and advice to entrepreneurs and job seekers. In addition, the following activities will take place:
- SOS Mentoring Round Table: The Protagonists Speak: A round table where pairs of entrepreneurs and mentors participating in SOS Mentoring will share their experiences in reactivating small businesses and maintaining employment. Awards will be presented to the most active volunteer mentors.
- Test Your Talent: A group selection simulation through gamification, aimed at increasing the chances of success for job seekers by putting their personal skills and abilities into practice before a group of strangers.
