Bizbarcelona and the Employment Fair will be held from
November 9 to 11 jointly at Fira de Barcelona’s Montjuïc venue, with
talent as a driving force for reactivation as the main focus, aiming to contribute to economic reactivation by boosting entrepreneurship projects, business activity, and employment.
More than
100 conferences, with 372 speakers and a hundred activities will be offered, with the aim of demonstrating how innovation and talent are key to reactivating businesses and economic activity in the Catalan capital and its area of influence.
Bizbarcelona will focus its activities around four main pillars: entrepreneurship, growth,
start-ups & business innovation, and talent, to offer inspiration, advice, useful tools, and techniques that visitors can apply to their projects. For its part, the
Employment Fair will offer job seekers or those looking to reorient their professional careers round tables, workshops, conferences, and individualized advice in various spaces.
Autoocupació’s Activities
Once again, Autoocupació will actively participate in
Biz with its own stand, where entrepreneurs will receive information and advice. Additionally, the following activities will be held:
- Startup Huddle Barcelona: Two entrepreneurs will share their challenges, and the community of entrepreneurs and mentors will help them solve them.
- The Jenga Challenge: A practical and playful workshop to help participants develop their talent for the role of a mentor through non-directive guidance.
- The Personal Boardroom: A practical workshop to help participants focus their networking activities, identifying the most suitable profiles to address each of their needs.
Regarding the
Employment Fair, Autoocupació’s training service
will promote the subsidized courses it offers, the occupational guidance service, and internship programs in companies, with the aim of helping them achieve their professional goals. In addition, the activity Test your talent will also take place on the 11th at 10 am.
