Autoocupació participated on March 24 in the 5th Innovation and Entrepreneurship Day of Vocational Training (FP) in Girona. Miriam Planella, Autoocupació’s delegate in Girona, served on the jury for the 4th Vocational Training Entrepreneurship Awards, which were presented during the event. These awards aim to promote the entrepreneurial and innovative spirit of vocational training students. They recognize the three best entrepreneurship projects by students of Intermediate Vocational Training Cycles (CFGM) and Higher Vocational Training Cycles (CFGS). This year, 25 projects were submitted to the competition, 10 more than the previous year. The day featured various events. A round table was organized, which also included the participation of Autoocupació. The panel was made up of vocational training entrepreneurs, who explained the challenges and values of the entrepreneurial world. There was also a talk on the circular economy as a tool for transformation, given by agricultural engineer and co-founder of Cooperativa Tapurna, Josep M. Vallès.
