The Global Entrepreneurship Network (GEN) is gearing up again in April with the entrepreneurship congress, the Global Entrepreneurship Congress. Autoocupació, which collaborated with GEN leading GEW Spain 2017, will attend as the Spanish representative.
The Global Entrepreneurship Congress is an open event that will be held from April 16 to 19 in Istanbul, where it will bring together thousands of people related to the world of entrepreneurship and business creation with the aim of identifying and reflecting on new ways to promote entrepreneurship.
Celebrate. Understand. Support. Connect. The Global Entrepreneurship Network works through 4 different axes but with a single objective: to support projects and programs that promote entrepreneurship and the creation of new projects in 170 countries.
Through the congress, GEN connects the different actors in the world of entrepreneurship, facilitating their collaboration.
Entrepreneurs, young entrepreneurs, investors, policymakers… Around 3,000 people representing more than 170 countries will participate in the GEC 2018 and will take advantage of the event to attend plenaries and workshops, make contacts, and network with the aim of acquiring new tools and improving their own entrepreneurship support programs.
Istanbul, the Turkish city, will be the host of GEC 2018. A city located between the continents of Asia and Europe, where civilizations, entrepreneurship, and trade converge, will host the 10th edition of the congress from April 16 to 19.
Kansas City (2009), Dubai (2010), Shanghai (2011), Liverpool (2012), Rio de Janeiro (2013), Moscow (2014), Milan (2015), Medellín (2016), and Johannesburg (2017). GEC 2018 lands in Istanbul to celebrate its 10th anniversary, positioning itself as a global event for the entrepreneurial ecosystem.
