Grants for new entrepreneurs in Tarragona

Tarragona City Council is launching a new program of grants for new companies. This subsidy, of up to €5,000, will be calculated according to the score obtained as detailed in the following sections.

Beneficiaries and requirements

The following may participate:
  • Self-employed individuals
  • Limited liability companies (SL)
  • Labor companies
  • Cooperative societies (SCCL)
  • Private civil societies (SCP)
In all cases:
  • They must have started a new economic activity between May 1, 2023, and April 30, 2024
  • The workplace must be located in the city of Tarragona

How does the grant work?

The amount will be awarded according to a point system, which is as follows: Up to 6 points for:
  • Space where the activity is carried out
Up to 5 points for:
  • Business project
  • Job creation
  • Belonging to a particularly vulnerable group
Up to 2 points for:
  • Having been a user of the entrepreneurship services of Tarragona City Council (Tarragona Impulsa)
