Llançadora, entrepreneurship grants

Autoocupació promotes “Llançadora, entrepreneurship grants,” an innovative project for maturing business ideas through the Dual Vocational Training program, subsidized by the Public Employment Service of Catalonia. The program’s objective is to help 12 entrepreneurs between the ages of 18 and 29 who are currently unemployed to mature their business ideas, test them in the market, and create their companies. Llançadora offers participants the following services:   1. Scholarships for entrepreneurship An employment contract, under the alternating training modality, with a duration of one year, which will allow them to earn a salary and have the necessary resources to dedicate themselves full-time to working on their business project.   2. Training A face-to-face training itinerary, with a total duration of 540 hours, which will help them develop their technical and transversal competencies in the following areas:
  • Planning the entrepreneurial initiative
  • Entrepreneurial competencies
  • Marketing of products and services
  • Sales skills
  • Administrative and economic-financial management
  • Business activity management
  3. Coworking A workspace at Autoocupació’s facilities in Barcelona, where they will have the resources and tools necessary to develop their business project and actively collaborate with the other participants.   4. Support Guidance and advice from the maturation of the idea to the creation of the company, provided by a consultant specialized in business creation, and additional support from an established entrepreneur as a volunteer mentor once the activity has started.   The activities will begin in January 2023 and will last for 1 year.
