New program to boost young entrepreneurs’ projects

A new program has been launched to promote projects led by young entrepreneurs, called The Bridge (by EduCaixa). These projects must be in an initial phase, have a clear value proposition, and be ready to be tested in the market. Projects must be an innovative proposal that solves a specific problem in a way different from those currently on the market.

Requirements

  • Be a team of at least two people between 18 and 30 years old
  • For-profit or non-profit entities applying must be less than four years old. Both individuals and legal entities can apply.
  • Only one application per team is allowed.
  • The promoting team must reside in Spain and operate within this territory.
  • Each project must have one representative.
    • Should the team be pre-selected, the representative must attend and participate in the online mentoring sessions, as well as attend a Pitch Day in Barcelona on December 12, 2023.
    • Should the team be selected, the representative must attend and participate in the three in-person events that will take place between January and May 2024 in Barcelona, Madrid, and Malaga.

Financial endowment

The 20 selected teams for the program will receive:
  • Financial aid of €5,000 for the 10 teams pre-selected for the first phase but not selected for the second.
  • Financial aid of €25,000 for the 10 teams selected in the second phase.
