It is based on a “learning by doing” methodology, with experiential dynamics where the participant is the protagonist. Endesa Foundation has been supporting this project developed by Youth Business Spain for three years, from the creation and development of materials to the training of Youth Business Spain facilitators throughout Spain. This support has allowed 1,000 young Spaniards to participate to date in the #Compe10ciasLED workshops, “the 10 competencies for successful entrepreneurship.” More than 2,300 hours of training in 40-hour workshops that represent a change for the young participants, who test their skills and define what they want to change and how they are going to do it through group reflection and a personal action plan. The results support this project: the young people who have taken part in the #Compe10ciasLED workshops have created, to date, 288 businesses and 467 jobs.
