Course Objectives
This course aims to train individuals to use digital technology at an intermediate level, applying efficient communication, collaboration and participation strategies in digital environments. Throughout the training, you will learn to configure and use advanced features of digital tools and systems, select the most appropriate solutions according to each context, and resolve common technical issues, developing a solid, autonomous digital competence oriented towards the professional environment.
Content Plan
Module 1. Interaction and sharing of digital information and content using advanced features
You will learn to use digital communication tools efficiently and strategically to interact and share information in digital environments, taking advantage of advanced functionalities that enhance collaboration, visibility and the impact of the content you create.
Module 2. Collaboration between individuals and teams through digital tools
You will discover how to foster teamwork in digital environments, coordinating people and projects through collaborative tools that facilitate organisation, fluid communication and shared decision-making.
Module 3. Participation in digital society
You will learn how to actively participate in digital platforms of a social and civic nature, developing a critical, constructive and respectful attitude in public debate and making responsible use of digital participation channels.

Module 4. Fundamentals of digital technology
You will learn to identify and understand the main fundamentals of digital technology in order to use devices, applications and systems autonomously, configuring advanced features and optimising their performance according to your needs.

You will analyse different digital devices and tools to select the most suitable solutions for personal and professional contexts, applying criteria of efficiency, usefulness and adaptability in the use of technology.
Module 6. Digital updating and resolution of common technical problems
You will learn to resolve common technical issues and improve the operation of digital devices, incorporating continuous digital upskilling habits to apply up-to-date solutions with judgement and security.
