Course Objectives

This course aims to train professionals capable of managing administrative and commercial tasks with technical criteria and professional rigor. You will learn to communicate effectively, organize and process information using digital tools, manage commercial processes and filing systems, and express yourself fluently in a foreign language in administrative and customer service contexts.

Content Plan

Module 1. Reception and communication techniques

You will learn to manage an organization’s internal and external communication, both face-to-face and remotely, applying professional customer service techniques, oral and written communication skills, protocol, and document registration. You will also develop skills for receiving visitors and transmitting information with quality, security, and confidentiality criteria.

Module 2. Commercial administrative operations

You will learn to manage the entire commercial process, from customer service and order processing to the management of documents, invoices, and stock. You will use IT applications to optimize sales, warehouse, and after-sales tasks in accordance with current regulations.

Module 3. Data entry

You will learn to enter and review data on computer terminals with speed, accuracy, and quality standards. This module includes typing techniques using alphanumeric and numeric keyboards, ergonomics and safety standards, and procedures to ensure the accuracy and confidentiality of information.

Module 4. Records and file management

You will learn to organize, protect, and maintain files in both physical and digital formats, applying efficient classification, security, and confidentiality techniques. You will also become familiar with operating systems and databases to optimize information management and access within the organization.

Module 5. Professional foreign language for administrative management in customer relations

You will learn to communicate fluently in a foreign language in common administrative management and customer service situations. You will work on the comprehension and drafting of commercial documents, as well as oral and written communication in professional contexts, correctly adapted to protocol and cultural conventions.

Module 6. Office automation (IT tools)

You will learn to use the main IT applications efficiently to manage information and documentation within a company. You will master the operating system, Internet browsing, and email, as well as word processing and spreadsheet tools to create professional documents and analyze data. This module prepares you to work with agility, security, and digital competence in administrative environments.
