What you will learn

  • Carry out auxiliary operations of document reproduction and filing in conventional or digital formats.
  • Enter data and text into computer terminals under conditions of safety, quality, and efficiency.
  • Perform basic operations for data and text processing, as well as the preparation of documentation.

Course Objectives

This course aims to train professionals capable of handling basic administrative tasks and information processing in both digital and conventional environments. You will learn to enter, process, reproduce, and file data and documents with accuracy, security, and quality standards. You will also develop organizational skills, teamwork abilities, and a sense of responsibility in information management.

Content Plan

Module 1. Data entry

You will learn to enter data and text into IT applications with speed, accuracy, and security, applying typing techniques and ergonomic criteria. You will also develop quality habits, teamwork skills, and error correction practices to ensure the reliability and confidentiality of information.

Module 2. Data, text, and document processing

You will learn to use word processors, spreadsheets, and presentation software to create simple documents, charts, and reports with professionalism and rigor. You will also acquire skills to transmit information and documentation securely, through both conventional and digital means.

Module 3. Reproduction and filing

You will learn to manage, classify, and preserve documentation in both physical and digital formats, applying basic filing techniques and using databases. You will also learn to operate reprographic and binding equipment to prepare documents according to quality, security, and efficiency standards.
