Course Objectives
This course prepares you to interpret and analyze a company’s annual accounts, from preparation to decision-making based on financial information. You will learn to identify financing options and apply analysis techniques to assess economic health and make strategic recommendations.
Content Plan
Module 1: Annual accounts
You will learn to interpret a company’s annual accounts, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flows, as well as prepare budgets and forecasts with rigor for decision-making.
Module 2: Balance analysis
You will know techniques to analyze a company’s financial and patrimonial situation, identifying profitability, solvency and risks, and be able to formulate concrete diagnoses and recommendations.
Module 3: Financing
You will discover the different financing options, both internal and external, and learn to choose the most suitable according to company needs.
