Course Objectives

This course enables you to communicate confidently in professional environments by integrating assertiveness, active listening and emotional management as key tools. You will learn how to build clear messages, detect communication barriers and adapt to each interlocutor, even in challenging situations. The goal is to help you gain confidence, improve relationships with clients, teams and suppliers, and strengthen your communicative impact in any work context.

Content Plan

Module 1: Assertive and effective communication

You will learn to communicate clearly, identify barriers and apply active listening and empathy techniques. This module helps you build coherent messages, improve assertiveness and manage interactions more effectively.

Module 2: Psychology of the interlocutor

You will work on understanding the emotions and capabilities of each interlocutor in order to adapt your communication. It includes emotional management and empathetic communication techniques to strengthen personal and professional relationships.

Qualification

At the end of the training, participants obtain an official certificate issued by the Consortium for Continuing Training of Catalonia, which certifies the specific competencies acquired during the training.
