Course Objectives
This course prepares you to analyse data and create visual reports with Power BI, from data preparation and modelling to advanced presentation and workspace management. It enables you to apply data analysis, optimisation and visualisation techniques while incorporating security and accessibility criteria.
Content Plan
Module 1: Fundamentals of data analysis and Power BI
You will learn the basic concepts of data analysis, the roles of the data analyst and the main components of Power BI, as well as how to create and manage clear and accessible reports.
Module 2: Report creation and data modelling with Power BI
You will learn how to obtain, clean and transform data, apply DAX formulas and optimise interactive reports to ensure an efficient data model ready for visualisation.
Module 3: Report design and optimisation with Power BI
You will learn how to develop visual and accessible reports, applying design, filtering and optimisation criteria for mobile devices, with attention to security and user experience.
Module 4: Advanced analytics and workspace management with Power BI
You will learn how to implement advanced analytics using AI, create interactive dashboards with alerts, manage workspaces and apply security measures for efficient report distribution.
