Course Objectives
This course prepares you to identify your entrepreneurial competencies and develop them to launch a solid project. You will learn to define and plan your business, create a business plan and marketing plan, and analyze the ecosystem surrounding any business initiative to make it viable and sustainable.
Content Plan
Module 1: The Entrepreneur
Discover the qualities of an entrepreneurial profile and learn to enhance them. You will work on self-leadership, time management, and conflict resolution to drive your project with a solid and realistic foundation.
Module 2: The Business
Learn to design your business plan and marketing plan, defining structure, economic viability, and project communication. Practical training to shape and guide your venture.
Module 3: The Ecosystem
Analyze the environment surrounding your project and learn to present it clearly and impactfully. You will improve communication skills to connect with key actors in the entrepreneurial ecosystem.
