What you will learn

Course Objectives
This course prepares you to identify and develop your entrepreneurial competencies in order to launch your own project on a solid foundation. You will learn how to define and plan your business, create a business plan and marketing plan, and analyse the ecosystem surrounding any entrepreneurial initiative to make it viable and sustainable.
Content Plan
Module 1: The entrepreneur
Discover the key qualities of an entrepreneurial profile and learn how to enhance them. You will work on self-leadership, time management and conflict resolution to develop your project realistically and effectively.
Module 2: The business
Learn how to design your business plan and marketing plan, defining the structure, economic viability and communication strategy of your project. A practical module to shape and guide your business idea.
Module 3: The ecosystem
Analyse the environment surrounding your project and learn how to present it clearly and persuasively. You will improve your communication skills to connect with key stakeholders in the entrepreneurial ecosystem.
