Course Objectives

This course prepares you to develop and implement equality plans in organizations, from the initial diagnosis to the selection of tools and resources, ensuring the identification and reduction of gender inequalities in the workplace.

Content Plan

Module 1: Focus on the diagnosis

You will learn to analyse the key elements of an organization to detect gender inequalities, from job classification to remuneration, communication, and organizational culture, identifying weak points and improvement measures.

Module 2: Pay audit and job evaluation

You will learn to calculate the gender pay gap and evaluate jobs from a gender perspective, detecting inequalities and applying strategies to achieve workplace equity.

Module 3: Equality plan measures

You will study real examples of best practices and actions implemented in organizations, identifying challenges and solutions to improve equality plan application.

Module 4: Tools and resources for equality plans

You will learn to locate and use available resources for developing equality plans, such as records, design guides, and gender impact reports, ensuring rigor and consistency in information gathering.
