You will learn how to plan and lead strategic people management within an organisation, understanding its structure, objectives and the key functions of the human resources department.

Module 2: Human resources processes

You will explore the main talent management processes: planning, training, recruitment, promotion and auditing, in order to optimise human resources and improve efficiency.

Module 3: Compensation policy

You will understand how to define and apply a fair and coherent compensation policy, identifying different types of remuneration and the factors that shape their structure.

Module 4. Occupational risk prevention and training management

You will learn to identify workplace risks, apply safety measures and design training plans to improve employees’ health, safety and professional development.

Module 5. Labour legislation

You will become familiar with current labour regulations and learn how to interpret contracts, working hours and salaries, ensuring compliance with rights and obligations in the workplace.
