This course prepares you to apply inbound and outbound marketing strategies, generating high-quality leads for the sales team and developing digital and prospecting tactics to attract and retain customers. You will learn how to analyze the market, design effective campaigns, and optimize customer communication in digital environments.

Inbound Marketing

You will learn how to attract customers to the company through digital strategies, website positioning analysis, content marketing, and email marketing, while respecting legal aspects such as the GDPR.

Outbound Marketing

You will learn how to prospect and qualify customers, develop effective sales conversations, and generate leads for closing sales, optimizing the sales funnel.

Digital and personal skills

You will improve digital, communication, and critical thinking skills to analyze and implement effective marketing plans.
