Course Objectives
This course prepares you to acquire the skills required to tutor in online learning environments, from platform management and teaching activities to the use of communication tools, gamification and assessment of the learning process. It will train you to motivate and engage learners, coordinate with the teaching team and ensure the quality of online training.
Content Plan
Module 1: Online learning and the role of the tutor
Discover the characteristics of online learning and the importance of the tutor-trainer as a facilitator and motivator, coordinating learning and ensuring the quality of the process.
Module 2: Tools and methodological strategies
Learn to use online platforms and communication tools, applying teaching strategies, gamification and collaborative learning to optimise learner engagement and monitoring.
Module 3: Assessment of learning in online training
Learn about the methods and tools to objectively and reliably assess online learning, planning and managing continuous and final assessment activities.
