Course Objectives
This course prepares you to manage basic hiring and payroll processes within a company, from contract preparation and Social Security registration to salary calculation and payroll creation. It will help you interpret labor regulations and apply them accurately in administrative management.
Content Plan
Module 1: Employment contract and Social Security registration
You will learn to identify the parts of an employment contract and the Social Security registration process, understanding clauses, requirements, and the RED system to manage registrations, terminations, and data changes.
Module 2: Salary and Social Security contributions
You will gain skills to calculate salaries and contributions, prepare payrolls, and manage settlements, understanding regulations and using digital tools for proper labor administration.
