What you will learn

  • Communicate in English at an independent user level in commercial activities.
  • Obtain and prepare information for market information systems.
  • Assist in defining and monitoring marketing policies and the marketing plan.
  • Manage the launch and market implementation of products and services.
  • Organize and manage marketing and communication events, following established protocols and criteria.
  • Assist in organizing and monitoring the established media plan and media channels.
  • Produce and disseminate simple, self-editable promotional and informational materials across different media.

Course Objectives

This course prepares you to support a company’s marketing and communication activities, from market analysis to the promotion of products and services. It will train you to design marketing plans, manage events and advertising campaigns, create self-editable communication materials, and communicate in English in commercial contexts.

Content Plan

Module 1. Market information systems

You will learn how to obtain, analyze, and organize relevant market information to support strategic business decisions. You will understand the economic, legal, and technological environment and how to use data to identify business opportunities.

Module 2. Marketing policies

You will learn to design and implement a comprehensive marketing plan by analyzing the market, competition, and business opportunities. You will study product, pricing, distribution, and communication policies and how to coordinate them to achieve effective commercial results aligned with company objectives.

Module 3. Launch and implementation of products and services

You will learn to plan and manage the launch of a product or service, from marketing strategy to promotion and commercial follow-up. You will explore techniques to optimize point-of-sale performance, enhance the commercial space, and measure the impact of promotional actions.

Module 4. Marketing and communication event management

You will learn to plan, organize, and coordinate marketing and communication events, select suppliers, manage resources, and apply appropriate protocols to ensure success and maintain the organization’s professional image.

Module 5. Organization and monitoring of the media plan

You will learn to design, implement, and evaluate media plans for advertising campaigns, select the most appropriate channels, manage contracting, and monitor results and impact.

Module 6. Creation of self-editable marketing and communication materials

You will learn to design and produce advertising and informational materials consistent with corporate identity, using desktop publishing tools and graphic resources. This module also prepares you to manage website and social media content, maintaining visually attractive communication aligned with the company’s marketing strategy.

Module 7. Professional English for commercial activities

You will learn to communicate in English in common commercial situations, both orally and in writing. You will work on customer service, product presentations, and the drafting of basic commercial documents, using language appropriate to professional contexts.
