Course Objectives
This course prepares you to understand the labor environment, identify your personal skills, and use the most effective tools to search for employment. It will allow you to analyse opportunities, set professional goals, and approach selection processes with confidence and autonomy.
Content Plan
Module 1: Analysis of the labour market
You will learn to understand the local labour market, identify the most in-demand professions and key competences, and develop analysis and planning skills to detect professional opportunities.
Module 2: Self-awareness
You will work on identifying your personal competences, strengths and areas for improvement, and on setting clear short-, medium- and long-term professional goals.
Module 3: Job search tools
You will discover resources and strategies for job searching, preparing CVs and interviews, and developing your personal brand and networking skills.
