How Mentoring Works
Understand your entrepreneurial project
The first step is to get to know you: who you are and what your project is. From there, we jointly identify the areas where you need support and guidance.
Find the right mentor
Once your needs are defined, we select a mentor whose experience is most aligned with what you need, so they can guide you based on practical experience and firsthand knowledge.
Start working together
We connect you, and once both parties accept the match, the mentoring process begins. This initiates a six-month support relationship.

You must be registered with the Servei d’Ocupació de Catalunya as a job seeker or for employment improvement. If you are not registered, we can help you with the registration process, which is free of charge.
The DARDO is the document that certifies your registration with the Employment Service of Catalonia. It must be renewed to maintain benefits and access job offers, courses, and employment programs. The procedure is free of charge!

The program lasts between 6 and 12 months, with sessions arranged with your mentor. Meetings are recommended every two weeks or monthly.
Yes. Before starting the program, you must complete mandatory online training to learn about the process structure and practical mentoring tools.
