Mentoring is a personalized support methodology that connects entrepreneurs with volunteer mentors with business experience.
Over a period of 6 to 12 months, the entrepreneur and the mentor, through close conversations based on active listening and thought-provoking questions, work together on the needs of the entrepreneurial project to face challenges with greater confidence.

Mentoring is based on shared experience and joint reflection; coaching helps define and achieve goals through questions and actions; and consulting provides expert solutions for specific challenges.
No problem. Just inform your dedicated mentoring manager, who will help you redefine the support.
Yes. It is a subsidized volunteer program and, therefore, free of charge for participating entrepreneurs.
The program lasts between 6 and 12 months. Sessions are agreed upon between the mentor and the entrepreneur, although a meeting every 15 days or, at least, one per month is recommended.
