Information regarding the processing of personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679

CONTROLLER

The data controller is the Fundació Privada per a la Promoció de l’Autoocupació de Catalunya, with CIF G61508834 and registered office at carrer Vallespir 189-191 08014, Barcelona. PURPOSE

The purpose of the data processing is to manage information, guidance, selection, training, consultancy, support, intermediation, and evaluation activities to support the self-employment and labor insertion pathways of users, and to justify them before the public and private institutions that finance them.

CONSERVATION

The data provided will be kept for a period of up to nine years in accordance with the provisions of the regulatory framework for European structural funds.

LAWFULNESS

The legal basis for the processing of the data is the consent of the data subject.

RECIPIENTS

The data will be shared with all those individuals and institutions that must participate in the information, guidance, selection, training, consultancy, support, intermediation, and evaluation activities to support the self-employment and labor insertion pathways of users, with the Departments of Business and Labor and Social Rights of the Generalitat de Catalunya and its autonomous bodies, as well as with the rest of the public and private institutions that finance them. More specifically:

The data of users of the training service are shared with teachers for the delivery of classes and the evaluation of students, and with companies for internships and responding to job offers.

The data of users of the mentoring service are shared with the Fundación Youth Business Spain and with the entrepreneurs and mentors involved in the same mentoring relationship for its management.

The data of users of the financing service are shared with Business Angels Network Catalunya and with the financial institutions with which the processing of financing applications is initiated.

The data of users of the agency service are shared with Agència de la Microempresa, SLL and Agencia de Creación de Empresas INEO, SLL, as well as with the relevant public administrations in order to comply with current legal obligations.

The data of users of the business succession service are shared with the Fundació Cecot Innovació and with all those re-entrepreneurs and transferors interested in starting a purchase and sale process.

No further communications of data to third parties are foreseen, except for the fulfillment of legal obligations.

RIGHTS

Anyone has the right to obtain confirmation as to whether AUTOOCUPACIÓ is processing their personal data or not.

Data subjects have the right to access their personal data, as well as to request the rectification of inaccurate data or, where appropriate, request its deletion when, among other reasons, the data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.

In certain circumstances, data subjects may request the restriction of the processing of their data, in which case AUTOOCUPACIÓ will only keep it for the exercise or defense of claims.

In certain circumstances and for reasons related to their particular situation, data subjects may object to the processing of their data, in which case AUTOOCUPACIÓ will stop processing the data, except for compelling legitimate reasons, or for the exercise or defense of possible claims.

By virtue of the right to portability, data subjects have the right to obtain their personal data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format and to transmit it to another controller.

The exercise of these rights shall be carried out in writing, attaching a photocopy of the DNI or equivalent identification document, addressed to AUTOOCUPACIÓ, carrer Vallespir, 189-191 (08014) Barcelona.
