What is Llançadora?
An incubation programme for entrepreneurship projects in the ideation phase and validation of the business model.
Entrepreneurs receive a financial grant for a full year, transversal training in entrepreneurship through the professional certificate in creation and management of micro-enterprises, access to a coworking space at Autoocupació’s facilities, and individualised mentoring throughout the entire process.
What does Llançadora offer you?
Grants to start a business
A one-year employment contract under the alternating training modality, allowing participants to earn a salary and access the necessary resources to work full-time on their business project..
Training
A 540-hour on-site training pathway designed to develop technical and transversal skills in areas such as:
- Planning of the entrepreneurial initiative
- Entrepreneurial skills.
- Marketing of products and services.s.
- Sales skills.
- Administrative and financial management.
- Business activity management.
Coworking
Access to a shared workspace at Autoocupació’s facilities in Barcelona, Girona and Tarragona, with all the resources and tools needed to develop your project and collaborate with other entrepreneurs..
Support and mentoring
A specialised consultant will support you throughout the entire process, providing guidance and advice to help you grow your idea until the creation of the company. Once the activity has started, you will also have the support of a volunteer mentor, who will help you consolidate and scale the project.
Who is it for?
- Young people under 30 years of age who are unemployed.
- Residents in Catalonia.
