What is the MAIS program?
The MAIS program is designed to support you in your job search process, improving your basic and transversal skills. Through individual and group guidance, training, and professional internships, we prepare you to increase your employment opportunities and successfully develop your professional project.
What we offer
Individual and Group Guidance
Personalized and group sessions to work on your basic and transversal skills, adapted to your needs and interests, with the aim of increasing your employment options.
Training
An 80-hour training itinerary that combines transversal skills (20 hours) and an introduction to new technologies (60 hours), with practical content on:
- Identification of professional skills and interests.
- Job search channels and tools.
- Selection process and interview preparation.
- Self-employment and personal initiatives.
Professional Internships
Opportunity to gain real experience in your sector of interest, to put the program’s learning into practice.
Job Club
Access to a space with computers and internet connection to boost your job search and use digital employment tools.
Who is it for?
The program is aimed at recipients of the Guaranteed Citizenship Income, the Minimum Living Income, or those at risk of social exclusion. It is an opportunity for those receiving the Minimum Insertion Income who wish to strengthen their skills to access the labor market.
