What is Ready4work?
Ready4work is a voluntary mentoring program aimed at young people starting their professional journey. Through the guidance of mentors with experience in the professional and business world, we offer personalized support so that young people can define objectives and confidently take the first steps in their career.
What does Ready4Work offer?
For young people:
- Personalized guidance to orient your career. Mentors will help you define objectives, understand the professional world, and progress with confidence.
- Structured and flexible methodology, with tools and guides to: analyze professional concerns and needs, learn about sectors and opportunities adapted to your profile, and develop skills and confidence to face professional challenges.
- Meetings adapted to your pace, in-person or online depending on availability.
For volunteer mentors:
- An opportunity to share your experience and knowledge with young people starting their professional journey.
- Contribute to the training of the new generation of professionals, helping them define objectives, explore opportunities, and grow with confidence.
- Flexibility in participation: sessions adapt to your schedule, with in-person or online follow-up
Who is it for?
- Young people between 18 and 29 years old who are looking for their first job opportunity and need guidance to get started
- Professionals with experience to join our team of volunteer mentors, sharing time and expertise to boost a young person’s future.
