Expert guidance to analyze and redefine your business
We offer free guidance from a volunteer mentor—an entrepreneur with proven experience—who will help you conduct an in-depth review of your project’s situation, from both a strategic and financial standpoint. An external, objective, and discerning perspective to bring order, prioritize, and gain perspective..
Support to identify opportunities and make strategic decisions
You will work together to detect new opportunities for improvement or growth, assess possible scenarios, and realistically analyze whether it is advisable to rethink the project or, if necessary, close it in an orderly manner. The entire process is geared toward facilitating solid, informed decisions aligned with your business reality.
Personalized follow-up with biweekly meetings
For a minimum of three months, you will have continuous support, with biweekly meetings to monitor progress, evaluate breakthroughs, and adjust course when necessary. Close and structured support to move forward with confidence at a key moment for your business.
