Fundación ONCE publishes a new call for grants for the self-employment of people with disabilities

  • Fundación ONCE will allocate 2.6 million euros during the 2018-2022 period to promote self-employment and entrepreneurial projects for people with disabilities.
This October, the new call for financial aid has opened for entrepreneurial projects promoted by Fundación ONCE within the framework of the European Social Fund Operational Program for Social Inclusion and Social Economy. The foundation is launching this program with the aim of boosting the creation of new jobs and improving employment and socio-labor integration for people with disabilities through entrepreneurship and self-employment. Individuals who meet the requirements may receive a minimum fixed non-repayable grant of 3,000 euros, and this amount will be additionally increased taking into account the applicant’s profile and socio-labor situation. People with disabilities who meet the requirements detailed in the call and:
  1. Have not received any aid from Fundación ONCE in the last 5 years
  2. Job seekers, either due to unemployment or seeking job improvement
  3. Plan to or have already launched their own business project and are self-employed.
