Course Objectives
This course introduces you to the brain, its structures and dominances, as well as neuroleadership techniques to improve self-awareness, communication and emotion management in professional settings.
Content Plan
Module 1: Introduction to neuroleadership
You will learn how the brain works, its dominances, and how to apply emotional intelligence and assertive communication to enhance your leadership and Soft Skills.
Module 2: The 21st-century leader
Explore leadership styles, change management, decision-making and conflict resolution from a neuroscience perspective, developing conscious and effective leadership.
