Course Objectives

This course prepares you to comprehensively manage payroll and the company’s relationship with the Public Administration and Social Security. You will learn how to prepare payrolls, correctly apply benefits, and manage employment terminations, using digital tools for effective personnel management.

Content Plan

Module 1: The Company and the Public Administration

You will learn how to manage the company’s relationship with Social Security and other public bodies, coordinating labor procedures and ensuring regulatory compliance in personnel management.

Module 2: Advanced Payroll Management

Training in the preparation of payrolls with complex scenarios, correctly applying current regulations and protecting employees’ personal data.

Module 3: Social Security Benefits

You will become familiar with the different benefits that affect payroll and learn how to apply them accurately to ensure proper management.

Module 4: Termination of the Employment Relationship

You will identify the different types of contract termination and learn how to calculate settlements, severance pay, and other related concepts.

Module 5: IT Tools for Personnel Management

You will discover digital tools that facilitate labor management, improving efficiency in personnel processes.

Qualification

Upon completion of the training, you will obtain an official certificate issued by the Consortium for Continuing Education of Catalonia, which certifies the specific competencies acquired during the course.
