Course Objectives

This course trains you to manage and enhance the digital presence of a company or project on social media, design and implement digital marketing strategies, create engaging content using ICT tools and optimise online communication. You will learn to use the main Community Manager tools to improve the effectiveness of your posts and the visibility of your project.

Content Plan

Module 1. Social networks and fundamentals

You will explore the most widely used social networks and their objectives, understand the role of the Community Manager, their tasks and the skills required to manage digital presence effectively.

Module 2. Digital marketing plan and strategy development

You will learn how to design a basic digital marketing plan, selecting strategies and defining actions to ensure project success in the online environment.

Module 3. ICT tools for content creation

You will develop skills to create simple and complex digital content (images, animations, videos, stories) using ICT tools, focusing on design, messaging and target audience.

Module 4. Community Manager tools

You will become familiar with the main tools that support Community Manager tasks, from post scheduling to KPI monitoring and SEO optimisation.
