Course Objectives
This course prepares participants to professionally design, deliver and assess training actions for employment, integrating regulations, teaching methodologies and resources adapted to learners and labour market needs. You will develop competences in material selection, use of technologies, tutoring, assessment and career guidance, ensuring quality, continuous improvement and an effective learning experience.
Content Plan
Module 1. Instructional design of training actions for employment
You will learn about the regulatory framework of Vocational Training for Employment and the National Qualifications System, identifying training initiatives, target groups and delivery modalities. You will develop competences to design programmes adapted to learners and labour market needs, defining methodology, content, activities and assessment. You will also learn how to ensure quality, teaching coordination and continuous improvement, including guidelines for online training.
Module 2. Selection, development and use of teaching materials, media and resources
You will learn to select, design and use printed, audiovisual and multimedia teaching materials adapted to the learner profile and current regulations. You will develop skills to integrate ICT, optimise resources and ensure accessibility, quality and safety in face-to-face and virtual environments.
Module 3. Delivery and tutoring of training actions for employment
You will learn to plan and deliver training actions applying psychopedagogical principles for adult learning. You will develop competences to organise content, motivate learners, apply effective communication techniques and use digital learning environments. You will also acquire follow-up and tutoring skills to foster autonomy and the achievement of professional competences.
Module 4. Assessment of the teaching–learning process in vocational training for employment
You will learn the principles of assessment, designing theoretical and practical tests adapted to face-to-face and online modalities. You will learn how to monitor and evaluate training actions, defining effectiveness indicators and proposing improvements to ensure quality and continuous improvement.
Module 5. Career guidance and promotion of quality in vocational training for employment
You will learn to guide learners in defining their professional profile and making career decisions, analysing the labour market and employment modalities. You will develop job search and professional updating strategies, as well as criteria to promote quality, innovation and continuous teaching development.
