Content Plan

Module 1: Customer service for English-speaking clients

You will learn how to manage enquiries and provide information to customers in English, acquiring vocabulary, basic structures and communication skills to deliver clear service with a positive attitude.

Module 2: Handling complaints and claims

Training focused on dealing with complaints and claims in English using a neutral register, expressing yourself correctly even in unexpected situations and improving effective communication with customers.
